This page is dedicated to those who wish to join our events around the UK. If you want to participate as a stallholder or in any other capacity, please apply below. Prices for stalls will vary depending on locations. Each Stall comes with its own table & chair. There is additional costs for extra space, electricity & extra tables and chairs.
Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis along with eligibility to our type of event. So apply early to secure your spot. We will provide as much information as possible to help you prepare for the event.
All stallholders which are accepted will be notified before the event and they will have to accept the Terms & Conditions for the event as soon as possible to secure their spot. We will email a pack with all information about the event too.
Please be aware we have limited stall availability but we are trying our best to ensure we can get as much people involved as we can.

We will review your application and let you know as soon as possible if you've been approved. Please note that stall approvals are based on their suitability for our event, synchronization with our theme, the order of submission, and how established the business is, as this is a large event.
